Agreement
By inviting Vektra to a Discord server, using the bot, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Vektra.
Use of the Service
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms.
- You are responsible for the content submitted through your server, including demos, tickets, staff notes, templates, and messages sent through the bot.
- You may not use Vektra for spam, harassment, illegal content, credential theft, malware, or abuse of Discord users or infrastructure.
- You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, permission checks, security controls, or dashboard access controls.
Server Administration
Server owners and staff are responsible for configuring staff channels, ticket channels, storage, branding, templates, and permissions correctly. Vektra relies on Discord permissions and OAuth data to decide which servers a dashboard user may access.
Premium Plans
Starter, Pro, and Pro+ access may be provided through manually issued coupons or other approved purchase flows. Premium features may change over time. If a premium plan expires or is revoked, paid features may become inactive while saved configuration remains stored.
Custom Databases
Pro and Pro+ servers may connect custom Neon or Postgres databases. You are responsible for providing valid credentials and maintaining that database. Vektra may migrate server data between managed and custom storage when requested by authorized staff.
Availability
Vektra is provided as-is. We try to keep the bot and dashboard reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of data in every circumstance.
Termination
Access to Vektra may be limited, suspended, or terminated for abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms, or behavior that harms other users or the service.
