Overview
Vektra provides Discord-based demo submission, ticket, review, analytics, and dashboard tools for servers that install the bot. This policy explains what information Vektra processes and how it is used.
Information We Process
- Discord account information provided by Discord OAuth, such as user ID, username, avatar, and server list.
- Discord server information needed to operate Vektra, such as guild ID, server name, channel IDs, message IDs, thread IDs, and role or permission checks.
- Submission and ticket content entered by users, including artist names, track links, messages, statuses, ratings, notes, and staff actions.
- Configuration data such as branding, templates, storage region, custom database connection details, and premium status.
- Operational logs needed to diagnose errors, abuse, outages, and security issues.
How We Use Information
We use information to run the bot and dashboard, authenticate users, check server permissions, route submissions and tickets to staff channels, send DMs requested by staff, provide analytics, export data, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Storage and Security
Server data may be stored in managed Vektra databases or in a custom database configured by a Pro or Pro+ server. Custom database URLs are treated as sensitive configuration data. Access is limited to systems and operators needed to provide and maintain the service.
Data Sharing
Vektra does not sell user data. Data may be processed by hosting, database, analytics, Discord, and infrastructure providers that are required for the service to work. Server staff can view submissions, tickets, and related metadata for their own server.
Data Removal
Server owners can request removal of their server's Vektra data by contacting support. Some logs or backups may remain for a limited time for security, abuse prevention, and operational recovery.
Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support through the Vektra Discord server: https://discord.gg/Hysd3GSQxQ.
